Division I (Grades 9-12) Science Fair Agenda

Tuesday, March 9 2010 ~ SUB (Student Union Building)

8:30 AM              Registration – Student Union Lobby

 9:30 AM              First Round Judging               

11:30 AM            Lunch – Student Union Building  

12:45 PM            Judging Results Posted in Student Union Lobby 
                        ~ 1/3 of fair is invited to second round  

1:00 PM              Second Round Judging  

3:00 PM               Students Dismissed  

Please leave your project for final judging and public viewing, but take your valuables with you.

 5:00 PM              Public Viewing

 5:45 PM              Students Allowed To Take Down Projects

 6:00 PM                      Awards Ceremony Mill Building Lobby

Division II (Grades 5-8) Science Fair Agenda

Thursday March 11 2010 ~ HPER Complex

Schedule: 5 th & 6 th Grade Students

9:00 AM – Registration – 5 th & 6 th grade students

10:00 AM – First Round Judging

10:00 AM – Movie in the morning in the Natural Resource Building Room 125 for 7 th & 8 th grade students or students may visit the Mineral Museum with a chaperone

11:30 AM– Students dismissed

Lunch :  11:30 AM -   All Students and Judges

Schedule: 7 th & 8 th Grade Students

12:00 PM – Registration 7 th & 8 th grade student

1:00 PM – First Round Judging

1:00 PM – Movie in the Petroleum Building room 202 for 5 th & 6 th grade students or students may visit the Mineral Museum with a chaperone

3:00 PM- All 7 th & 8 th grade students dismissed

          HPER gym closed until from 3:00 p.m. until approximately 5:00p.m.
