What Services are Provided?
During the Academic year, students meet weekly with a coordinator or coach and receive education in college preparation, academic skills and life skills. Additionally, tutoring is offered. A Saturday Academy is offered each month in which students visit college campuses, perform community service, celebrate family and experience cultural events. During the summer, there is a six-week residential program held on the Montana Tech campus. Students attend classes in mathematics, science, literature, foreign language and other subjects. Field trips are offered on the weekends. The summer program concludes with a weeklong trip to a major city. Students who regularly participate in all parts of the program and maintain good grades are eligible for a quarterly stipend of up to $90.
